These Terms of Service apply to the use of the Fitz Furnitures website and to purchases made through our online store.

Septimius Properties Ltd, trading as Fitz Furnitures, is the seller of the goods. All references to “Fitz Furnitures”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Septimius Properties Ltd trading as Fitz Furnitures.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are shown in euro (€).

Prices include VAT where applicable, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Delivery, assembly, or additional service charges may be added separately and will be shown before checkout.

Product prices, availability, and promotions may change from time to time.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update prices, or remove products from sale. If an item has been incorrectly priced or listed, we may cancel the order before dispatch and issue a full refund.


5. Orders

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email.

This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance until payment is confirmed and the order is processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

  • Product information or pricing is incorrect
  • Stock is unavailable
  • Payment is not received
  • Delivery is not possible to the address provided
  • We suspect fraud, misuse, or abuse of the website

If we cancel your order, we will refund any amount paid.


6. Payment

Payment must be made through the payment methods available at checkout.

We do not store full card details. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

For large or business orders, payment terms may be agreed separately in writing.


7. Pre-Orders

Some items may be sold on a pre-order basis before stock arrives in our warehouse.

Where an item is a pre-order, the estimated delivery timeframe will be shown on the product page or communicated before purchase.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may change due to shipping, customs, supplier, warehouse, or logistics delays.

If there is a significant delay, we will contact you with an update and your available options.


8. Delivery

Delivery will be arranged to the address provided by the customer.

Customers must ensure:

  • Delivery details are accurate
  • Someone is available to receive the order
  • Access is suitable for furniture delivery
  • Parking/loading access is reasonably available
  • The product can physically fit into the property

If delivery fails due to incorrect information, lack of access, nobody being available, or the item not fitting into the property, a redelivery or cancellation charge may apply.

Delivery times are estimates only. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated timeframe.


9. Assembly

Assembly may be offered on selected items or orders.

Assembly availability, cost, and scope will be confirmed before delivery where applicable.

Assembly does not include:

  • Removing existing furniture
  • Moving unrelated items
  • Wall mounting unless agreed
  • Electrical or plumbing work
  • Disposal of packaging unless agreed
  • Disposal of old furniture unless agreed

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For most online purchases, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days from the day they receive the goods.

After cancelling, customers then have 14 days to return the goods.

Customers are responsible for return transport costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.


11. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

We may offer repair, replacement, refund, replacement parts, collection of the item, or another suitable solution depending on the issue and your consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits your statutory consumer rights.


12. Warranty

Products may include a manufacturer or Fitz Furnitures warranty where stated.

Warranty does not usually cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or accidental damage
  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly
  • Damage caused by poor care, damp, heat, pets, or improper cleaning
  • Commercial use unless agreed in writing

Care instructions should be followed to maintain the product.


13. Business / B2B Orders

Business orders may be subject to separate written terms, including deposits, delivery, assembly, bulk pricing, and payment conditions.

Unless agreed in writing, business customers are not entitled to the same change-of-mind cancellation rights as consumers.


14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, branding, layout, and design, belongs to Septimius Properties Ltd trading as Fitz Furnitures, or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use website content without prior written permission.

16. Limitation of Liability
