FitzFurnitures Returns & Refunds Policy

At FitzFurnitures, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn't right, we're committed to providing a fair and straightforward resolution.


1. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unassembled.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.
  • The item must be free from damage, stains, odours, or signs of use.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed.

Return Transport Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return transportation costs.

If preferred, FitzFurnitures may arrange collection of the item, with the collection cost deducted from the refund amount.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care when preparing and delivering orders. If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect item.

Following assessment, we will arrange one of the following at no additional cost:

  • Replacement of the item.
  • Repair of the item where appropriate.
  • Full or partial refund where applicable.

3. Faulty Products

If a manufacturing fault develops after delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs or additional information to assess the issue.

Where a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed, FitzFurnitures will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Irish consumer law, including:

  • Repair.
  • Replacement.
  • Refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged upon delivery:

  • Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable.
  • Ex-display or showroom items.
  • Custom-made or special-order products.
  • Products damaged through misuse, neglect, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear.
  • Products returned without proof of purchase.

5. Refund Processing

Once a return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
